After presenting the findings report, the list was then narrowed down to a short list and we arranged for a web presentation from each TEM software provider so that the technical abilities and user functionality could be demonstrated. After the client decided upon a TEM Software that fulfilled all of their requirements, we entered into an alliance with the TEM provider and our clients’ service fee was waived because the TEM software provider's agent agreement provided for a fee to be paid to us, by them, for a sale.

All telecom auditing services are performed in house and our clients appreciate the effort we make to clearly communicate where the billing errors were detected, what steps we can take to correct them and if the forensic evidence exists, how long the billing error has been active.
